Busters is a proud member of the Automotive Retailers Association. We are committed to following the Code of Ethics published by the ARA's Towing Division. This commitment has helped us to become the most important and trusted towing company in the Lower Mainland.

  1. Each member owes a duty of integrity, honour, fair dealing, and courtesy to the general public and for the other members of the Association in the operation of all facets of his/her business.
  2. Members shall strive to maintain clean, dependable and safe equipment of such design as to properly and safely meet the requirements of the public. Drivers should be clean and neat in appearance and be properly trained so as to efficiently and safely perform their duties.
  3. Members shall comply with all municipal, provincial and federal laws. It shall be the duty of the Association, insofar as possible, to keep the members informed of such laws and their application, as well as of the rules and regulations promulgated by all regulatory bodies designated to administer and enforce such laws.
  4. Members shall employ truth and accuracy in advertising and soliciting and they shall honour any commitments made in the course of business.
  5. Members shall bring to the attention of the Association office any information pertaining to a violation of any law or regulation and aid in the enforcement of all laws and regulations.
  6. Members shall strive to improve their internal business methods and to strengthen their economic well-being to the end of being better able to serve the public and conform to these Ethics and Standards.
  7. Members shall at all times conduct themselves and their businesses in such a manner as to preserve the image of professionalism and promote confidence in the Automotive Retailers Association and its members.

Retrieving Towed Vehicles Retrieving Towed Vehicles
We are contracted by the City of Vancouver to tow vehicles that have been ticketed for parking violations on city streets.

If you were parked on city streets or lanes in violation of a city bylaw you can retrieve your vehicle by contacting our City Impound Yard at 604.685.7246 located at 1410 Granville Street, Vancouver.

If your vehicle was parked without insurance on city streets or lane ways, you can retrieve your vehicle by contacting our Abandoned Vehicle Yard at 604.321.6527, Monday to Friday from 08:00 - 16:00 excluding statutory holidays.

If you were towed from private property, impounded because of a police incident, or involved in a motor vehicle accident you can retrieve your vehicle by contacting our main office at 604.685.8181 located at 104 East 1st Avenue, Vancouver.

If your vehicle was left abandoned or parked with expired or no insurance on city streets or lanes, you can retrieve your vehicle by contacting our Abandoned Vehicle yard at 604.321.6527.

Open 24/7 All of our locations are open 24/7 except were indicated.
Before your vehicle can be released you may be required to provide your Driver's License or picture ID and in some cases, vehicle registration as well as payment for applicable towing and storage charges. Payments accepted: Cash, Visa, Master Card and Debit card.
